Today, Green HRM is the latest catchword in organization. Green practices are being adapted in different organization in world for developing human resource policies for promoting environmental management initiatives. IPR is another term to authorize the inventers to protect their innovation, to get the proper value for particular period of time. Different organization introduces green technologies, they received patents, copyrights for secured purpose. This paper highlights about the concept of green HRM, IPR. The different benefits and challenges obtained while implementing green HRM. The incorporation of green HRM with IPR.
