Abstract: Today, Green HRM is the latest catchword in organization. Green practices are being adapted in different organization in world for developing human resource policies for promoting environmental management initiatives. IPR is another term to authorize the inventers to protect their innovation, to get the proper value for particular period of time. Different organization introduces green technologies, they received patents, copyrights for secured purpose. This paper highlights about the concept of green HRM, IPR. The different benefits and challenges obtained while implementing green HRM. The incorporation of green HRM with IPR. Last but not the least, it describes about the green technologies to be invented, got patents, their certification and implementation of practices by the top ten Indian organizations. To conclude, every organizations have unique copyrights with different trademarks. Different organization are participating to invent new green practices that is to be implemented in different organizations in future. However, Green HRM is at introductory stage then also every organization tried to implement few green HRM practices day by day to save the environment of the nation, the entire world’s environment for better future.
