Abstract: The purpose of research is to review and analyze the direct and indirect knowledge sharing and cultural organization on ASN performance at office of animal husbandry and fisheries in Situbondo district through individual innovation capability. Methods used in this research field studies (field study sample) and questionnaires are 74 of the respondents. Pls analysis techniques used is. Based on the analysis and discussion that was done on the next section so conclusions can be made between knowledge sharing and cultural organization on the ASN performance through innovation and significant capability it has some positive effects.
