Corporate success exemplified by high performance values and sustainability organization constitutes the prime objective of every corporate entity. This study made an empirical examination of the effect of corporate governance reengineering on corporate sustainability of Larfarge in Calabar. Cross River State. The specific objectives were to: To examine the effect of business ethics on corporate sustainability in Larfarge Calabar and to identify the effect of monitoring /internal control reengineering on corporate sustainability in Larfarge. The study adopted the descriptive research method, a sample of 269 respondents was drawn from the population of 820 and data was collected through the use of questionnaire. Multiple regression was used in testing the hypothesis. The finding revealed that there is a significant relationship between ethics, monitoring/internal control on corporate sustainability of the organization it was recommended that to enhance effective resources scheduling; manager should ensure that resources are arranged in a way that it balances the available resources and business ethics should be followed to the later.
