Managing the Turnover Rate Based on the Employee Engagement in Pt Ddi from 2020 To 2022

Abstract
In 2020 to 2022, there was a significant increase of turnover number of employees of PT DDI. This increasing phenomenon of employee’s turnover had impacted to the stability of financial, employee engagement, and clients’ projects implementation within PT DDI. In this final project, I am going to analyse this situation, using the qualitative research methodology which is the four steps of Content Analysis Method. Apart from collecting turnover rate data, I am also acquiring data from some key stakeholders in PT DDI using the structured interview.
