Ahmad Faisal Siregar,
Yos Sunitiyoso
In 2015, at a conference under the Council of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFF) COP 21 Paris, an agreement was produced, hereinafter referred to as the Paris Agreement. This agreement focuses on overcoming global climate problems, namely trying to limit global temperature rise to a minimum of 1.5 degrees Celsius, and below 2 degrees Celsius for pre-industrial levels. Through Law Number 16 year 2016, the Paris Agreement was ratified by Indonesia. Furthermore, several targets and documents have been announced as part of Indonesia's commitment to reducing carbon emissions. In the Enhance National Determined Contribution (ENDC) document submitted by the Government in September 2022, the target is to become an emission-free country in 2060 or sooner, with an emission reduction of 31.89% with its own efforts, and a target of 43.20% with international support. L There are several sectors that are a priority in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, one of which is the energy sector. The research aims to see how the application of net zero emissions, specifically in the oil and gas industry as one of the energy sub-sectors. In order to get an accurate picture of the implementation of the net zero emission policy, the author used the scenario planning framework method. Scenarios were developed from interviews with several stakeholders in the Indonesian oil and gas industry. In addition, several analyses, both external and internal, were carried out to support scenario planning. At the end there is an implementation plan built to deal with the various scenarios that will occur.

Increasing Company Value by Determining Unitization Share through Analytical Hierarchy Process, Study Case: SKW Oil Field
Yan Bastian Panggabean,
Yos Sunitiyoso
PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) is regional leader for managing the upstream oil and gas business within Pertamina. Its business portfolio consists of various types of assets including exploration, development and production assets. The assets maturity also varies greatly from green field to brown field. PEPC has at least 3 unitization fields under its control, but the SKW Field has its own complexities because apart from having a different fiscal term regime between the 2 work area operators and also has concern for stakeholders. Unitization Field in the upstream oil and gas business has definition that the condition where one field has a distribution of hydrocarbons covering 2 different blocks. In this case, the analysis becomes more complex because the two blocks are not managed by the same operator. Even though PHE and PEP are Pertamina's subsidiaries, in accordance with Law No. 22 of 2001, each entity managing the Oil and Gas Working Area must be separate. The complexity of the problems that occur due to this unitization is also driven by the application of a gross split mechanism that is different from the previous PSC generation, namely Cost Recovery. This research is intended to assist stakeholders, especially from the company side, in order to determine optimal amount of share/participating interest that meets techno-commercial principles and is supported by compliance aspects for unitization fields. This research can be used as a reference to reduce the potential for future disputes. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method assisted by the Focus Group Discussion method by Subject Matter Experts (SME) can assist the process of selecting the most optimal options and support the decision-making process.

Restructuring ICT Solution Procurement in MNC Group: A 3D Negotiation Framework Approach
Tedhi Achdiana,
Yos Sunitiyoso
This Final Project discusses a transformative shift in the procurement of ICT solutions within MNC Group, a leading conglomerate in the Media sector in Indonesia. This shift was triggered by the recognition of the pivotal role of ICT in contemporary business operations following the abatement of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2022. The Executive Chairman designated PT Infokom Elektrindo (Infokom), one of MNC Group's subsidiaries, as the exclusive provider of ICT solutions for all Business Units, necessitating a comprehensive restructuring initiative. The implementation of this appointment faced resistance from various stakeholders in some of the Business Unit, as they were accustomed to sourcing ICT solutions from external vendors. The previous procurement process was managed by PT. Prima Permata Nusantara (PPN), incurred a 3% service fee for projects exceeding 250 million Indonesian Rupiahs, while projects below this value were managed by respective procurement units within the Business Units. To address these challenges, a strategic framework known as 3D-Negotiation was applied, encompassing Tactics, Deal Design, and Setup, effectively navigating stakeholder complexities. Qualitative interviews and the Power-Interest Grid played a crucial role in understanding the perspectives and influences of the stakeholders. Additionally, the Stakeholder Analysis Framework provided insights into the complex relationships among business units. This research yields a comprehensive approach, offering valuable insights for decision-makers facing similar restructuring efforts in large corporate conglomerates with a Single-Family Office (SFO) type, ultimately aiming to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational objectives.

This research aims to explore the evolution from e-commerce livestreaming to customer loyalty by studying how these factors are perceived and understood by decision-makers in e-commerce companies. Data were collected from an online questionnaire through a survey involving 1282 respondents and 11 participants for qualitative supporting data. The study used Lisrel Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for empirical analysis and IBM SPSS Statistic 8.8 for data analysis. Findings show that aesthetic appeal, functional layout, financial security, and verbal communication directly affect customer engagement, while nonverbal communication and service skills have no significant impact. In terms of value creation, customer engagement directly affects functional, hedonic and social value, all of which directly affect customer loyalty. Customer engagement and value creation serve as mediating factors between livestreaming e-commerce and customer loyalty. The results highlight the effects of livestreaming e-commerce, provide a new perspective in applying SOR theory to e-commerce, and illustrate how livestreaming enhances the visual appeal and personalization experience for customers while improving the communication skills of operational and service staff. By discussing the importance of the SOR framework in strategic decision-making, this research forms a theoretical basis for practitioners and policymakers interested in promoting sustainability within the e-commerce sector that facilitates the creation of more informed, customizable, and sustainable strategies according to the changing dynamics within the e-commerce industry.
