Himalayan Publisher follows an open-access publishing model to ensure the free and unrestricted availability of published research to readers worldwide. To support editorial management, peer review, production, online hosting, archiving, and indexing services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied for accepted manuscripts.
The APC is charged only after successful peer review and final acceptance of the manuscript for publication. There are no submission charges for authors at the time of manuscript submission.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) becomes non-refundable once the manuscript has entered the editorial or production process, including peer review, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, or online publication preparation.
