This Manuscript Submission Policy applies uniformly to all journals published by Himalayan Publisher.

Submission Requirements

Authors must submit the following documents and information at the time of manuscript submission:

• Manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. 
• Complete author information, including the full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, email addresses, and the corresponding author's contact details. 
• ORCID iD for each author (strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain journals). 
• References formatted according to the MLA citation style, including accurate DOIs or direct URLs for all references where available. 
• A Cover Letter briefly describing the significance of the study, confirming that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere. 
• Ethical Approval Documentation, where applicable, for research involving human participants, animals, or other studies requiring approval from an appropriate ethics committee or Institutional Review Board (IRB). 
• A Conflict of Interest Statement, disclosing any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the research or its interpretation. 
• A Plagiarism Report generated using Turnitin or an equivalent similarity detection software. Authors are encouraged to ensure that the manuscript complies with the journal's plagiarism policy before submission. 

Submission Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to verify compliance with the journal's submission requirements, formatting guidelines, ethical standards, and plagiarism policy before being considered for peer review.

Incomplete Submissions

Manuscripts that do not include the required documents or fail to meet the submission requirements may be returned to the authors for correction or may be declined before entering the peer review process.
